  • Application Notes
It is recommended for use in flow cytometry. This reagent is effective for direct immunofluorescence staining of human tissue for flow cytometric analysis using 10 µl, 1/100, of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells.
    Comment

    BIOTIN (Sigma).

    Restrictions
    For Research Use only
  • Format
    Liquid
    Buffer
The conjugate is provided in liquid form in buffer containing 1% bovine serum albumin (BSA) and 0,09% Sodium azide, pH 7.2.
    Preservative
    Sodium azide
    Precaution of Use
    1. The device is not intended for clinical use including diagnosis, prognosis, and monitoring of a disease state, and it must not be used in conjunction with patient records or treatment. 2. This product contains Sodium azide (NaN3), a chemical highly toxic in pure form. At product concentrations, though not classified as hazardous, Sodium azide may react with lead and copper plumbing to form highly explosive build-ups of metal azides. Upon disposal, flush with large volumes of water to prevent metal azide build-up in plumbing. 3. As with any product derived from biological sources, proper handling procedures should be used.
    Storage
    4 °C
  • Target
    CD19 (CD19 Molecule (CD19))
    Alternative Name
    CD19 (CD19 Products)
    Background
90-95 kDa MW lymphocyte surface antigen identified by monoclonal antibodies belonging to the CD19 cluster. Expressed from the earliest stages of B-progenitor development and on all peripheral B cells including germinal centre B cells, all B cell lines tested and B cell leukaemias tested. The antigen is lost on B cell maturation to plasma cells.
    Pathways
Fc-epsilon Receptor Signaling Pathway, EGFR Signaling Pathway, Neurotrophin Signaling Pathway
