Flow Cytometry (FACS), Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro)), Immunohistochemistry (Acetone-fixed) (IHC (af))
    Specificity
This antibody consists of a disufide-linked / hetrodimer with a mW of 30 kD or an / homodimer with a MW of 32 kD. The CD molecule binds to HLA class I molecule during interaction of CD 8+ T cells with antigenpresenting cells or with target cells. CD 8+T cells include most of the cytotoxic T cells.
    Characteristics
This antibody is directed against alpha chain of CD8 molecule.
    Purification
    Purified.
    Clone
    B441 (143-44 )
    Isotype
