- Rabbits were immunized with the DYKDDDDK peptide (DYKDDDDK-epitope) conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, serum was collected and the antibodies were immunoaffinity-purified using the peptide coupled with a different carrier. The affinity-purified antibodies were then conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
