- Rabbits were immunized with C-Myc peptide EQKLISEEDL conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, serum was collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity-purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase. Specification: Anitbody specificity was verified by ELISA and Western blot analyses prior to conjugation with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Molar F/P ratio is 4.6.
