Specificity: DS-MB-03614 was clustered as canine CD45 in the First Canine Leukocyte Antigen Workshop (CLAW). It immunoprecipitates an antigen of 180/200kD from Con-A blast (1). CD45 is expressed on all leukocytes in canine peripheral blood and may be against the CD45RB isoform. This antibody reacts with CD45 on all outbred mongrels and beagles tested.
