Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin). Flow Cytometry: 1:50-1:100, 10 μL labels 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:100-1:500. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.
