Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL. 10 μL of the diluted solution labels 1-2.5x10^5 WI-38 cells in a total reaction volume 200 μL. The binding of unlabeled antibodies may be visualized by adding a secondary developing reagent such as an IgG (FITC) anti-mouse. ELISA: 2-8 μg/mL. Can be used in combination with biotinylated human FAP detection antibody and recombinant human FAP as the standard. - Comment
