- Monoclonal
- Application
- Flow Cytometry (FACS), Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro)), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections) (IHC (p))
- Specificity
- Recognizes mouse antigen ER-HR3. ER-HR3 is a cell surface antigen which is expressed by Langerhans cells in epithelium, a subset of mature macrophages and dendritic cells that are located predominantly in hematopoietic and lymphoid organs. Initial studies of ER-HR3 demonstrated expression on peripheral blood monocytes but recent studies suggest that expression is actually very low.
