Immunoaffinity chromatography using Fluorescein coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation
Suitable for highly specific immunological methods requiring extremely low backgroundlevels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. ELISA: 1: 2,000 - 1: 8,000. Western blot: 1: 200 - 1: 1,000. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
