Purification
Immunoaffinity chromatography using Fluorescein coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation
ELISA: 1: 20,000 - 1: 100,000. Western blot: 1: 2,000 - 1: 10,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1: 1,000 - 1: 5,000. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Storage Comment
Store vial at 2-8 ° C prior to restoration. Following restoration product can be stored undiluted at 2-8 ° for up to one month or (in aliquots) at -20 °C or below. For extended storage add glycerol to 50%.
