This FITC antibody is conjugated to Alkaline Phosphatase (AP)
Application
Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (Frozen Sections) (IHC (fro)), Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA), Dot Blot (DB)
Purification
Prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Fluorescein IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
ELISA: 1: 2,000 - 1: 12,000. Western blot: 1: 500 - 1: 2,500. Dot blot. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections: 1: 200 - 1: 1,000. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
