ELISA: 1: 10,000 to 1: 50,000 (1.0 μg of Mouse Serum Albumin in a standard sandwich ELISAusing Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified Donkey anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] MX and TMB asa substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Other applications not tested.
