Antigen distribution: Isolated cells: Positive on granulocytes and monocytes, myeloid leukemia and myeloid cell lines. Tissue sections: Positive on histocytes, Langerhans cells, follicular dendritic cells and high endothelial venules. Specificity: Human: monocytes, granulocytes. Other: not tested.
