Application Notes: ELISA: 1/128000. Western Blot: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Approx 125 kD band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculatedMW of 115 kD according toNP_006124.1). Some minor background is detected and isblocked by the immunizing peptide. Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin: 5 μg/mL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
