B3GNT2
Reactivity: Human
ELISA
Host: Rabbit
Polyclonal
FITC
Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Approx 45 kDa band observed in Human Pancreas lysates(calculated MW of 46.5 kDa according to NP_006568.2). An additional band of unknownidentity was also consistently observed at 25 kDa. This band was successfully blocked byincubation with the immunising peptide. We would appreciate any feedback from peoplein the field - have any such results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have anyfurther splice variants/modified forms been reported? Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
