Application Notes
Peptide ELISA: Detection limit dilution: 1/64000. Western Blot: 0.02-0.06 μg/mL. Approx 37 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line NIH/3T3. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing ARA9 a band of approx.47 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

AIP
(Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor Interacting Protein (AIP))
ARA9 displays structural similarity to the glucocorticoid receptor-associated immunophilin FKBP52. Although they share significant homology, they have distinct cellular roles and biochemical properties. ARA9 is known to affect the potency and efficacy of AHR agonists in the yeast S. cerevisiae as well as having functional consequences on AHR signal transduction.Synonyms: AH receptor-interacting protein, ARA9, Aryl-hydrocarbon receptor-interacting protein, HBV X-associated protein 2, Immunophilin homolog ARA9
