Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 8000. Western blot: 1 μg/mL. Approx 40 kDa band observed in Jurkat and 293 cell lysates(predicted MW of 40 kDa according to NP_005491).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
