Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 1-2 μg/mL. Approx 40 kDa band observed in Human Lung and H460 cellextracts (predicted MW of 40 kDa according to NP_054829).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
