Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 1-2 μg/mL. Approx 40 kDa band observed in Human Lung and H460 cellextracts (predicted MW of 40 kDa according to NP_054829).
Other applications not tested.

- Inhibitor subunit of the major nuclear protein phosphatase 1 (PP1). It has RNA binding activity but does not cleave RNA and may target PP1 to RNA associated substrates. May also be involved in pre mRNA splicing. Binds DNA and might act as a transcriptional repressor.
