Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections) (IHC (p))
Specificity
This antibody recognises thymic stromal lymphopoietin receptor (TSLPR).
Purification
Antisera to human TSLP receptor were raised by repeated immunisation of rabbits with highly purified antigen. Purified IgG was prepared by affinity chromatography.
Immunogen
A 19 amino acid peptide located near the centre of human TSLP recptor.
CRLF2
Reactivity: Mouse, Rat
WB, ELISA, IF (p), IF (cc), IHC (p), IHC (fro)
Host: Rabbit
Polyclonal
unconjugated
Application Notes
Western Blot: 0.5 - 1.0g/mL, detects a band of approximately 53 kDa in human liver tissuecell lysates. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
TSLPR is a 42 kDa glycoprotein belonging to the type 1 cytokine receptor family. TSLPR is primarily expressed by dendritic cells and monocytes, and weakly expressed by T-cells. It is also expressed by non-haematopoietic tissues such as the heart, skeletal muscle, kidney and liver. The TSLP receptor forms functional complexes with thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) and IL-7R, which are capable of stimulating cell proliferation through activation of Stat3 and Stat5.Synonyms: Cytokine receptor-like 2, Cytokine receptor-like factor 2, IL-XR, ILXR, TSLPR, Thymic stromal lymphopoietin protein receptor
