Specificity

This antibody neutralizes and binds to Human IFNß with high affinity. One neutralization unit is the amount of antiserum required to neutralize one unit of human IFNß to a 50% endpoint.

This monoclonal recognizes the human 80-95 kD lympnocyte surface glycoproteinH-CAM (CD44). Also cross - reacts with CD44 on lymphocytes from rabbit, bovine,goat and sheep.
