- Application Notes
- Suitable for use in direct IFA, Western blot and immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed/paraffin). Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. Protocol for direct IFA: 1. Multi-well slide contains acetone fixed organisms (BION Enterprises). 2. 2-fold dilutions of ABIN236886 starting at 1:10 out to 1:80 with a counterstain blocking diluents (Evan’s Blue in BSA solution). 3. Incubate 30 minutes at Room Temperature. 4. Wash 5. Mounting medium added to each well before coverslipping the slide. 6. Typically observe 4+ staining for several of the dilutions.
