- Application Notes
- Suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot and Immunoprecipitation of in vitro-translated core and pre-core proteins. Strongly recognizes Woodchuck Hepatitis virus core (WHc), but not Duck Hepatitis B virus core (DHBc) in ELISA and immunoblot. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
