Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:400 for 20 minutes at RT. No special pretreatment is required for the immunohistochemical staining of formalin/paraffin tissues. Positive control: Smooth muscle or leiomyosarcoma.
