Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:50 for 20 min at RT using UltraVision LP Systems. Requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min. followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Sarcomas. - Comment
