Approved: ELISA, Flo, IF, WB
Usage: ELISA Capture: Useful as a capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying mouse IL-4 protein levels.1-4 Purified antibody should be paired with biotinylated antibody (Cat. Immunofluorescence/. Flow Cytometry: Useful for intracytoplasmic staining and flow cytometric analysis to identify and enumerate IL-4-positive cells within mixed cell populations. Recombinant mouse IL-4, unlabeled Rat IgG2b should be used as a specificity control. Western Blot: Useful for Western blot applications. For Western blotting, a concentration of 1-5 μg/mL (in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig) has been found to enable detection of 100 ng/lane of recombinant mouse IL-4 under reducing conditions. - Comment
