- Application Notes
-
Approved: ICC (5 - 10 μg/mL), IHC, IHC-P, WB (1:1000)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunohistochemistry: 5-10 μg/mL, Can be used on formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues with traditional high temperature, citrate buffer treatments. Prolonged formalin fixation can reduce antibody activity. Immunocytochemistry: 5-10 μg/mL. Positive control: Breast carcinoma tissue, colon, prostate, tonsil, tonsilar lymphoma, uterus and ureter. - Comment
