Approved: Flo, ICC, IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, WB (1:100 - 1:1000)
Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen, Paraffin): 1:25-1:200 using ABC method. Paraffin sections require HIER with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10 min. Cool sections at room temperature for 20 min. Flow Cytometry: 1-25-1:200. Western Blot: 1:100-1:1000. Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: PAI mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from a BALB/c mouse immunized with Vimentin isolated from porcine lens. - Comment
