Approved: ELISA (1:10000), Flo, IP, WB (1:1000)
Usage: Suitable for immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation, flow cytometry and ELISA. This product was assayed by ELISA against TAP-I peptide in an antibody sandwich assay using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) catalog no. LS-C60884. No reaction was observed against TAP-II. This product was assayed by immunoblotting and was reactive against the 72 kD human TAP-I protein at a dilution of 1:1000 followed by reaction with Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Rabbit IgG [H&L] (Goat) catalog no. LS-C60884. No reaction was observed against TAP-II. - Comment
