- MON1029 reacts with Human CD16. Mab MEM-154 reacts with epitope residing in proximity to FG loop (probably BC or C'E loop). Mab recognizes a polymorphism of CD16a (NK cells form) and reacts well with granulocyte form (CD16b) of all subjects. Immunogen: human granulocytes.
