Flow Cytometry: Use 10 μL of 1/50-1/100 diluted antibody to label 5x10e5 cells or 100 μL whole blood. Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections (1/25-1/100). Recommended positive control tissue: Bone Marrow. Does not work on Paraffin Sections. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

CD66b is a 95-100 kD, GPI anchored molecule. CD66b is expressed strongly by mature granulocytes and meta-myelocytes, but only weakly by bone marrow myelocytes. Peripheral blood monocytes and lymphocytes do not express significant amounts of this antigen. The antibody reacts with cells from CML in the chronic phase. The CD67 cluster was re-designated as CD66b at the Vth Leucocyte Typing Workshop in Boston, 1993.Synonyms: CD67, CGM6, Carcinoembryonic antigen CGM6, Carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 8, NCA-95, Non-specific cross-reacting antigen NCA-95
