Suitable for use in Immunoblotting, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunomicroscopy aswell as other antibody based assays using streptavidin or avidin conjugates requiringextremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Human IgG in astandard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin and ABTS(2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes atroom temperature. A working dilution of 1: 3,000 to 1: 8,500 of the reconstitutionconcentration is suggested for this product.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. - Restrictions
