- Background
- The inducible co-stimulator receptor (ICOS) is a member of the CD28 receptor family that is expressed on T cells. ICOS ligand (ICOSL) has been identified as a ligand that binds to ICOS, but not to CD28 or CTLA4. GM13C1 was generated by genetic immunisation and recognises the extracellular domain of ICOSL.
